CT2210 - Micro Leak Detector

The CT2210 Micro Leak Detector identifies aerosol cans that are leaking propellant as they pass along a conveyor belt at high speed. The system consists of an aerosol can arch, air filter, sample cell, analysis system, venturi, power supply and an optional PC with management software.

The whole system operates from a 240V A.C. supply. The images above show a typical CT2210 installed next to an aerosol can conveyor. Cascade is continuously developing the system to improve its performances for faster lines and lower detection limits.
